He did a lot of research on the surrounding area and what other properties were priced at, gave great advice and had that information ready for me when we met. He walked me through the steps of the sale and was quick to return my calls and answer my questions.

He made the process of my purchase seamless with hiskniwledge and industry references when it came to looking for financing or inspections. Daniel is great! We met at Home Depot because he was working on some of his own home improvement projects, then we got to talking and I told him I might be looking for a house soon. He gave me his contact information and reached out a few times asking if I was ready, then finally when it came time   he was ON IT! The Denver housing market is insane—everyone is paying over asking prices, and I was in a tough situation which meant I needed to buy fast. Somehow, Daniel was able to make this happen for me, and we even bought the house $15k UNDER the asking price. Amazing. This was a great deal he found by being hyper-vigilant, and we were in the house looking around an hour after it was put on the market.
